Liability Statement
Barbell Auto Detailing takes pride in delivering high-quality vehicle detailing services with the utmost care and professionalism. However, by utilizing our services, customers acknowledge and agree to the following:
- Pre-Existing Conditions: We are not responsible for any pre-existing damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents, paint imperfections, or mechanical issues that may become more noticeable after cleaning.
- Service Limitations: While we strive to restore and enhance the vehicle’s appearance, our detailing services do not guarantee the removal of all stains, odors, or imperfections. Results may vary based on the condition of the vehicle.
- Personal Items: Customers are responsible for removing all personal items prior to service. We are not liable for any lost or damaged belongings left inside the vehicle.
- Chemical and Material Use: We use professional-grade products that are safe for vehicles; however, we are not responsible for unforeseen reactions that may occur due to prior treatments or customer-applied coatings.
- Liability Waiver: Barbell Auto Detailing and its employees will not be held liable for any damage to the vehicle or its components resulting from the normal course of detailing services, except in cases of proven negligence.
- Inclement Weather & External Conditions: If detailing is performed, environmental factors such as wind, rain, or extreme temperatures may impact service outcomes.
By engaging in our services, customers agree to these terms and release Barbell Auto Detailing from any claims related to the above conditions. We will take every opportunity to finish service but reserve the right to stop service and continue at a later date agreed upon by both parties.
Right to Refuse or Cease Service Policy
At Barbell Auto Detailing, we are committed to delivering high-quality service in a professional and respectful environment. To ensure the safety and well-being of our team and customers, we maintain the following policy regarding service refusal or termination:
- Respectful Conduct: We expect all interactions to be conducted with professionalism and mutual respect. Any form of aggressive, hostile, or inappropriate behavior toward our staff will not be tolerated.
- Right to Refuse Service: Barbell Auto Detailing reserves the right to refuse service to any customer who exhibits belligerent, abusive, or threatening behavior.
- Right to Cease Service: If at any point during a scheduled service a customer becomes hostile, uncooperative, or engages in behavior deemed inappropriate, our team reserves the right to immediately discontinue service.
- Zero-Tolerance Policy: Physical intimidation, harassment, or verbal abuse will result in the termination of service and may lead to further action if necessary.
- Refund & Payment Policy: If service is halted due to customer behavior, refunds will be issued at the sole discretion of Barbell Auto Detailing. In cases where significant work has already been completed, partial or no refunds may be granted.
